Refund policy

The Podium-Ready PDF is a one-time $5 digital product. If you want your money back, for any reason at all, email your@email.com and we will refund it. We will not ask you why, we will not ask you to justify it, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

You do not need to delete the PDF or send anything back. It is a file — keep it. If the speech was not right for you, you should not have paid for it.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. We process them as soon as we see the email; your bank usually shows the money again within five to ten business days, which is their timeline rather than ours.

Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the payment quickly. If you cannot find it, the approximate date and the last four digits of the card are enough.

ToastRescue charges once, for one PDF. There is no recurring charge, no account, and nothing to cancel. If you ever see a second charge from us, that is a mistake — email us and we will refund it immediately.
